And another shout out for a great scheduler!

Dante Beck with GfK went above and beyond helping me with a shop today.

I messed up huge and he was able to help me get everything resubmitted within the timeframe.

What a great guy!

Thank you for the kind words. Honestly, shoppers are the main reason I continue on as a scheduler. Shoppers like Mary Ann are the highlight of my day.

There are times when I schedule for areas I have little or no knowledge about (usually when I take on extra work), and for the most part, I am observing that there are great shoppers everywhere. It leaves me looking forward to the next emergency project I take on.

Dante really is awesome! Probably the only scheduler I've actually gotten a response from at 230am... lol.

A+ in my book.

Keep rocking it (and knocking out emergency and non-emergency stuff!)

Somewhere in the Midwest, shopping / auditing full time since 2014. Will use PV-500 for food! smiling smiley

It's weird to me that I keep finding good comments about Dante Beck when I tried multiple times to get a hold of him last Thursday and Friday and still have not gotten a response. I came on here to search his name expecting to see the same issue! I needed immediate assistance on a shop and was left completely hanging. Disappointing.

Very unusual. He responds quickly to PMs here and to emails, and extremely quickly to texts and calls to his cell which he includes in all of his communications.

I didn't try to PM him on here, I only just saw him on this forum. I left him two voicemails, one early in the day last Thursday and one in the evening. It's good to know he isn't always this bad, though. I was starting to think I should avoid shops with him as the scheduler.

I'm sorry if you had issues contacting me. I was out for a few days; my wife was in the hospital.

Hahaha.... how weird to see a criticism of one of the most easily-reached schedulers around.

I absolutely understand that, I hope she is doing well.

I am new to shopping with GfK so I didn't know if you were normally hard to get a hold of. Now I know that you are one of the best. winking smiley Prayers for your wife!

mkkp, Dante used to be a shopper just like you and me. He understands both sides of the coin. I'd trust the guy to the end!
