I had the same thing happen to me. I completed a few jobs for them, all were confirmed. All of a sudden, one of them has gone missing and is not on the list. They said I never submitted the shop (I did). I emailed the businesd card from the shop. Sinclair won't fix it. I spent hours going to the location, doing the job itself, and writing the report. It's frustrating. I'm happy they fixed it for you.
