Scheduler Shoutout: Who's Your Favorite?

For me, it's KSSTony (Jackson).

He always responds super quickly, regardless of the time of day, and his tone is always upbeat and positive.

And he promptly makes things happen, whether it's changing assignment days because of weather issues, or restoring a report so it can be updated when the editor who kicked back the report failed to do so and does not respond to emails.

I liked KSS Shelly, but she is gone now. She decided to retire from MSC scheduling. She was always super responsive and helpful.
I remember KSSShelley. Agreed. She was always on top of things.

Deanna Moore at New Image. She is great.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
ACE had some good schedulers, but I don't hear much from them anymore. Are they still active?
I miss working with Deanna. Yes she is a great scheduler.

I haven't had a bad scheduler at Alta360... I think Susie Ogle is gone but she was definitely a fav. Stephanie Light is WAAAY up there.
There's actually a forum for this topic but nobody uses it sadly ... BARE schedulers have been good to me. Haven't worked with her in forever but Michelle Lawlor helped me out in a jam situation once. Mostly good experiences with Intellishop schedulers too, not always but mostly.

Karen Holland with Ipsos has always answered me back quickly, and answers what other schedulers would ignore - she doesn’t leave you hanging. And Shanna Detweiler with Amusement Advantage is quick, helpful, and just as sweet as can be. They stand out to me (just the short time I’ve been shopping) and have made my life easier just by being considerate. Now, who are your least favorites? No, just kidding!

Karen is awesome, she puts up with a lot from me, mostly stuff related to my health and the extreme reliability that my Jeep is going to break just when i need it most.
Karen Holland, Jennifer Barrick and Dawn Fink always reply to questions quickly and were very patient with me when I was going through cancer surgery and radiation.
The Ipsos schedulers have always been great for me. Bill, Victoria and Cindy are my go tos.

KSSLori is also one of my go-tos for cigar shopping.
Dawn Hunt ....agreed....a pro's pro.

Karen Holland gets a big thumbs up from me as well. Easy to talk with and always looking out for you. Dawn Fink and Nicole Lucio are two others I like quite a bit.
When CFA was alive with theatre assignments galore, Mike Jackson was amazing. Amusement Advantage Shanna, but I have only done one shop for them.

Who does she schedule for? I love her Youtube videos.
David Patterson over at Market Approach always helpful and responds quick.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
How do they pay you? When given an assignment do they deposit $600 into your bank account before going to assignment area?
You are an independent contractor. You perform the contracted service and are then sent a fee (and possibly reimbursement). With rare exceptions, no one will send you money in advance if someone sends you a check in advance to cash, it is probably a scam. and the check will probably bounce..

That's just it they didn't send a check. They were depositing money into another bank account. What mystery shopper company does that.
@Ritan Borja, Was it an account belonging to you? Or someone connected to you? Either way, a Legit Mystery Shopping company does not work that way. Look on the company's website for MSPA certification. You can also search the thread on this site for a Mystery shopping company discussion. You will find legit companies there and shopper's experiences with them.
Trust me, no legitimate mystery shopping company is depositing $600 in people's accounts in advance or sending them $600 checks in advance. The checks are sent by scammers and the checks look legitimate and seem to come from a real company. The bank gives credit the next day, but a week or two later the check bounces. This has been going on for years. From your description, it appears that they are now depositing money directly in bank accounts, but I am sure that a few days later, the deposit will be reversed after you have done something with $500 of the money like buying gift cards and sending them the codes or wiring the money via Western Union. The bank will then want the ENTIRE $600 back from you. This is a SCAM.

You may have responded to some sort of email from a company impersonating a real Mystery Shopping Company and given them your banking information. That is unfortunate, but until you actually use that money, you are alright. Report them to the police. If you responded to something you receive by paper mail, contact the US Postal Inspectors. Banking regulators will want to find them if they are sending bogus wire transfers.

Shoutout to all the schedulers at DJC - always amazing, courteous, timely, and thoughtful. Insanely fast payment too!
Regina from Ipsos & Lauren from Second to None.
They both are super fast with replying. And they both make sure to give me as much work as I want. Lol.

I agree. I like working with Christy Pinkston on one of her projects. She's always helpful and upfront about what she can and can't do in regards to any bonuses if I'm trying to make a route.
