As far as second pic.........y'all can't seriously think it is animal and child abuse........that pic has been rolling around internet for two years....

And if you download the penguin gif and split it up into frames, you'll see the one on the right isn't real.

Ooh, ooh, what did you find? We want to hear all the dirt. I just received an oil change shop notice in my email, tossed it, and called my own mechanic immediately for his.

OK, I'll post an introduction.

Dirt. Well..the shop was "unsuccessful" since we're not supposed to use the word "fail." In all seriousness, if I were a "normal" customer, it would be a total FAIL and FRAUD.

One shop did not get anything replaced or changed, the other one a month later was fine.
