True

Next poster follows the news from other countries.
True, I'm a news junkie, and since my daughter was in Paris the night of the suicide bombers, and I know many who travel, I definitely keep up.

Next poster wants to move

Live consciously....
True True True!!! But probably won't come true

Next poster will be having margaritas to celebrate Margarita Monday

Kim
Wait. There is a Margarita Monday?!? Obviously, false.

Next poster prefers the country to the city.

Who said so? Why did they say it?!
Both. I'm in the suburbs because it offers me the best balance between the two. Deer, fox, coyotes, hawks and owls in my backyard yet five minutes from great shopping and dining and less than 30 from major entertainment centers.

Next poster: will be celebrating the solstice.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
False. Pets only, though they're kind of like my kids....

The next poster has bought something on a shop, then donated it to a charity of some kind.
I pick up a couple cans of something (beans, corn) and always give it to the homeless who collects in front of the .99 store. Nothing significant.

Next poster watches fireworks on the 4th.

Only from my yard. I can see both the city's, and the neighbors (illegal) show from the front porch.

Next poster will travel this weekend for fun
False, but will swim and go out with a friend for happy hour, then watch fireworks from my patio.

Next poster has become afraid of flying.

Live consciously....
False. I never was afraid of flying. But I read the Erica Jong book anyway...

Next poster has at least one camping trip planned for this summer.

Who said so? Why did they say it?!
False, never go camping, would rather be shot in the eye.

Next poster is an empty nester

False. No kids.

The next poster has a bird feeder somewhere outside their home.
False, but I may need to get one since one of the neighborhood deer has learned how to get the seed out of my neighbor's bird feeder. She has the feeder next to a fountain so the deer can have a snack and a beverage.

Next poster: will set off their own fireworks, legal or not.

No, until this year, there's been a major dry spell in our area and the neighbors, including me, are very watchful to keep fireworks out of the neighborhood. A few years ago we had two houses set on fire by fireworks. And in a heavily wooded area like ours, the whole neighborhood could catch fire really fast if conditions are dry. I'll watch the fireworks in Zilker Park near Town Lake. I can actually see them from my deck.

Next poster will BBQ for a crowd.
False...quiet 4th. for me although our town has fireworks, I'm not one for crowds.

Next poster enjoys driving on the 4th.....

Live consciously....
True. I drove across town this morning and NO TRAFFIC. No one in the grocery store either although it was well staffed. Even better!

Next poster has kids who will walk in a town or neighborhood parade.
True (kinda), my daughter was in Thailand recently and they had some special parade with Elephants, and invited her to ride one in their parade. Does that count?

Next poster loves to sunbathe.

False! Too fair skinned to tolerate much sun. (Melatonin deprived, as some of my friends would say!)

Next poster lives in an area where kids still ride their bicycles in the small town parade. (I do, and within 3 miles of DC!)

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I live in a small town three square miles on the ocean. Kids still ride their bikes in the parade. Sixty years ago I was picked most beautiful in our small town parade. I was dressed in what we called a Can Can tap dancing outfit!
Next poster won an award in their parade.
False. I don't remember the parade entry. I only shudder and remember that I should have been given a purple heart or hazard pay, or something, for the security I had to do during the parade.

Next poster can sing at least a few words of 'I Love a Parade'.

Who said so? Why did they say it?!
False.

The next poster has a Snuggie.

"I told myself to quit you; but I don't listen to drunks." -Chris Stapleton
sorry, I don't. I am experiencing hot flashes all the time and those things look way too hot to use.
The next poster won something in a contest/sweepstakes.
False, I hate the emails and telemarketers that the entry will bring in exchange of the "chance" of winning something.
Next poster is already seeing the back to school items in the stores.
True; I've seen lots of back to school displays

The next poster will be back to school shopping this summer
False

Next poster can't resist a Macy's sale (80% off).

Live consciously....
False. I can very easily resist a Macy's sale. But I find it hard to pass up a garage sale.

Next poster is looking forward to getting the kids back in school and getting cooler weather.

False. I have no kids, although I'd like to see all the kids in my condo complex go back to school. Its very, very hot where I live and they live at the pool( ie: scream like banshees) when I'm there trying to relax. I like warm weather, only if I can swim or sun tan. I also like being tan and when its cooler, I have no natural tan.

The Next poster is married( or dating) their soul mate!!
