Camera Lens Kit

Has anyone tried the camera lens kits? I've been seeing promo emails on them and was curious how well they work. The ad this morning was selling a kit for $15.

I saw them too, haven't tried them yet and for those who want to try, be sure your phone has a metal back as these are magnetic.
