Is Sassie Offline for Maintenance?

Just tried to submit a report. Not sure if it went through. Now I can't logged back into the site.

I had an assignment today for DJC and my scheduler sent me an e-mail warning me that Sassie would be offline for maintenance between 7 and 8PM. That was the only MSC to mention that, though, so don't know if they all are.

Thanks for the info AustinMom. My shop report was for Service Savvy. I will try again later, I sure hope my report submitted.

It was down for quite a while then I was able to log on but my profile was blank, no shops due or completed, and a rating of 5!
I tried a different browser and cleared cookies all the usual stuff.

Then I decided to try a different computer guess what I can get to my account with 2 different passwords depending on the computer.
Computer 1 password 1 nothing in profile
Computer 2 password 2 it all works,

Same username for both computers, the only difference is that the computer that does not work is Windows 8 the one that works is Windows 7.

Hopefully now I can complete my shops!

Service Savvy was down too. I was able to submit my shop later in the evening but, I had to re-paste my narrative changes into the report. I had not saved the report before I attempted to submit the report. I was trying to submit sometime between 7PM and 8PM and think the site was down for maintenance.
