Getting scam mail from myself

Ok I don't know what I should do. The past two days I have been getting scam mail from myself. I tried to block the email but but got a message that I can not block my own email address. Fortunately, the mail has been going to my junk mail folder. I ran a quick scan of my Microsoft security software and the potential threats were cleaned and my computer is protected and up to date. What else do I need to do?

Try a different spyware cleaner, such as Adware Cleaner, which I've used succesfully (darn kids...)

Thanks for all the help everyone. I worked via remote access with my tech and he fixed everything. Indeed some malware had infiltrated my computer. They were phishing for my financial information. One message told me I had to update my bank login- it looked exactly like my bank's site. When I went to the site there was no such message in my message center. The others were federal express non deliver sites.
