What are you having for dinner? AGAIN!

For me it would be wonderful, but the reality is that at some point they will feel comfortable getting back to their pre-COVID lives and we will be back to Friday night at Mom's house and Sunday night restaurant.

One of them sent me a photo of his first pie crust and then of his finished zucchini and goat cheese tart. He reports it was very bland but his crust was flaky. Once life is back to normal I can't imagine he will be willing to spend the time playing in the kitchen.
