General Tso's chicken, homemade yellow rice, very garlicky sauteed spinach.
The frozen General Tso's chicken package from Aldi is great and means that I can have this favorite anytime.

Supported my local family run Japanese restaurant with a take out order for the family. Teriyaki Chicken with Udon noodles for me and similar for the others plus pork goyza and crab Rangoon all around.

A nice cold supper for a humid and hot day: cucumber and vinegar salad, artichoke tapenade, hummus, pita chips or French bread

Sheet pan with sausage, yellow squash, brussel sprouts, and onions, Zucchini rounds.

Slow cooker pulled pork w/ BBQ sauce on buns

Portobello mushroom burgers, potatoes, broccoli all on the grill and homemade bread.

Tonight will be sausage and peppers.

Meatloaf made with Stovetop Stuffing mix. I cooked it in the crockpot for the first time so we shall see.

You guys are all making me really, really hungry. I had Chili's curbside for lunch - boneless wings appetizer and a spicy chicken sandwich with blackberry tea. Dinner is Jambalaya with mesquite sausage.
