Yesterday, DDs made vegetable lo mein and spicy tofu. Tonight, chicken marsala, spaghetti with garlic and oil, steamed broccoli. Chocolate Creme pie by Edwards bought at Target. So yummy!
Stuffed shells baked in a marinara sauce with added hot Italian sausage, Shredded mozzarella on top. Steamed fresh broccoli, crusty Italian bread, a glass of Malbec.

Chicken Pesto Pasta

Onion Chicken, copy cat Cracker Barrel hash brown casserole.
Arugula and tomato salad, Lemon, garlic and lemon Fettucini and beer battered cod filets. Chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for dessert.
Simple late supper: white pizza with mushrooms and olives, a glass of Malbec.

Grilled chicken on top of a bed of roasted red and yellow peppers, eggplant, zucchini, red onion and arugula. Lemon and Garlic Fettucini. Crusty Italian bread. I will have a glass or two of Malbec red wine.

Chicken salad sandwich made from meat pulled off a Costco rotisserie chicken along with a craft beer (Creamsicle milkshake).
I need a BLT in a bad way. I have cherrywood bacon, butter lettuce, Roma tomatoes, Hellman's and white bread. White bread! What I lack is the desire to fry, chop, and spread.

Tahini chicken salad with pasta. The thought of eating anything warm in this heat is so unappealing so I am being creative with all different kinds of salads.
Costco Rotisserie Chicken, lemon, garlic bow tie pasta with basil, zucchini from my garden topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Haagen daz ice cream bars for dessert.

Chicken club sandwiches with tomato, baby spinach, provolone cheese, sliced red onion and cilantro lime dressing (Trader Joe's, buy it!), Costco strawberries and cherries
Baked breaded herb flounder with my homemade tartar sauce and roasted squash. Also had a side salad with my own scallion vinaigrette.
Linguini with garlic, zucchini/basil (from my garden), parmesan cheese. Big romaine lettuce, tomatoes/cucumbers (from my neighbor's garden), red onion, shaved carrots, provolone cheese salad tossed with balsamic vinegar. Trader Joe's tomato and cheese focaccia bread
Grilled veggie burgers, tofu pups, veggie skewers with onion, zucchini, tomato, red peppers and potato. Steak for beef loving DH. Fresh pineapple, grapes and strawberry and lemon cookie cupcakes from our local bakery.
Lentil beet salad with some baked herb flounder and a small salad with scallions vinaigrette
