Lisa SL I watched the tape for this recipe. OMG so easy, perfect for girls get together.
Got tired of taco's, so just had a great salad with butter lettuce, celery, hard boiled egg, avocado, bean sprouts and my famous chicken......later yogurt berry smoothie.

Tonight is a shop at Stonefire Grill owned 100% by woman and my town gives them great support (always busy).
Didn't know they were shopped, so very happy to eat their great food, and now at 10:28 AM, thinking about their tri-tip and salad.....

My sister gave me some deer meat, ground and sausage. I combined it and made hamburger patties, it was great. Made a potato tian and a salad to go with it.
Chili's leftovers from taking my daughter out for a birthday dinner. We each met halfway, it wasn't bad. I'm still adjusting to her being at college. This could happen again.
Leftover salad from my Stonefire Grill amazing dinner last night. Stopped in at Trader Joe's after a job and picked up Chicken Verde Burritos to which I'll add avocado and sour creme and of course my salad.
cjbstar....huge adjustment and for me was easier in the beginning...now miss her as her career takes over.
In college she came home summers and Dec., now it's once or twice a year for a few days...sharing her with her Dad and friends......very happy she has her career, not selfish, just missing on a daily basis.....

I just returned from an Indian buffet. There are dozens in my area. This one was good. Naan, sauces, butter chicken, chicken birwani, saag paneer, salads, cold curried cauliflower, etc.

Made my own fried chicken (healthy style).....chicken slices dipped in egg and corn flakes and baked no oil smells good, hope it is tasty, salad...dessert will be lactose free vanilla ice creme loaded with raspberries and blueberries.....my heart already thanked me...

Gazpacho, and I'll probably make grilled cheese sandwiches to go with.
On Thursday night my room service dinner included one of the best steaks I have ever had, perfectly medium rare, tender as a filet, and probably more than one pound. I had taken a cooler with me (sop for hotel shops!) and brought half of it home. tonight I will have that cold, sliced thin with some sauteed mushrooms, plus mashed potatoes and fresh steamed broccoli with lemon butter. I have a very nice Malbec to go with it. That was a @#$%^ of a report to write, and I will enjoy my treat.

Got an ad on my Facebook for a fusion restaurant (Japanese and Mex) 3 blocks from me....Monday, breaded fish taco's, going over for dinner, looks great, disposal, still broken, no cooking.

Not really, 80% of my eating out is with a shop..Fish tail grill sent me pictures on my Facebook and is 3 blocks from my home. They had two huge Monday homemade tacos for 6 bucks, that won't kill me.
I also do the groceries up here, got two this weekend, and includes Boars head deli for meat and cheese.sandwich's.....hardly spend anything on my own food..

A relatively quick and easy chicken pot pie with smoked chicken, spinach and roasted butternut squash. I doubled up on the squash so the leftovers will be turned into risotto tomorrow night.
