Parmesan-panko encrusted chicken breasts sauteed in EVOO with a Caprese salad and tortellini in a pesto beshemel sauce.
Tonight I am being lazy and making a pizza. Roasted red peppers from the jar, Jack cheese and mozzarella.
I have an electric pizza maker, it is great. Presto- has a turn table and heats the bottom and the top, the oven just doesn't work for me.

I just sat here and ate a bag of Brach's Indian Corn while balancing the books for the last couple of months provided the payments have come through. And reading aqbout everyone whining.
I'm making a cashew nut roast for dinner.
Using up various leftovers today and tomorrow.

At the last minute the client for my hotel shop changed the only reimbursed meal from dinner to room service breakfast. I need this overnight to anchor a very profitable Manhattan video route so I will pick up something for a picnic in my room. NYC bodegas have amazing stuff for such events! And, I always bring my own wine.

Roast duck breast, pickled cabbage, twice baked potatoes, possible asparagus. My sister is visiting for a few days and we are treating ourselves to special, but home cooked, meals.

Papa Johns for a shop. I've been reading stories on here of rejected shop photos without justifiable cause so hopefully my shop is accepted.
Made my yearly turkey soup with a twist, put cranberries (handful) in, and soup was great...so healthy and filling.
