Planning on having a very quiet day which includes a movie "Lady Bird" about Mothers and Daughters, getting rave reviews and playing at my town movie. Cook my Cornish hen, talking to my daughter and really fine with it. No holiday drama, no flying or driving the hellish freeway today. Not working till Sunday.....have a happy day all.

I talked to my Mom, but I didn't get a chance to talk to my Dad. I'll call him later after they've eaten. I went to visit a friend in the hospital. For the rest of the evening, I'm doing homework and binge watching The Blacklist.

Black Friday shopping continues, hit the stores...got a great buy yesterday (Friday) and bought a gift of a Nijia bullet for smoothies,getting one for myself. Making a turkey breast, attempting to sweep garage and house stuff, watching a movie or two....preparing for tomorrows Neiman Marcus job and meeting friend for lunch at my favorite mall.

Cyber Monday, many have good sales...I just bought from Kohls online a Ninjia bullet for 31.00 with 25% off their 39.00 sale. I already bought one from Best Buy for my daughter for 34.00, but free shipping., which was better yet.

Went this morning to the school I help trudeor at , I was working with puzzles nad a word wheel. I love my little ladies. They are all so sweet. I have to call reset a doctor appointment. Yesterday I went to a bank and town in fix they tree , the theme was Christmas is a ball. We made all kinds of different balls to go on the tree.
AARP seminar at Denny's...45 minutes of bad coffee....taco tuesday, so lunch out, home/report, phone job and more at home. Eyes killing me, call Dr., change drops and all that stuff, plan jobs in Vegas, watch news, make plans with best friend to get together this year....before my trip to Vegas.

I am proving, once again, that I am "awful" by assigning lots of homework to my calculus students and preparing my pre-calculus and algebra students for exams the next two days..... Yes, truly awful am I.

Having lower eyelid surgery today! I had the tops done in September! I'm hungry, no food or water after midnight today! Surgery at 1:45 PM EST. Has anyone else had this done? Irene? I needed it.
I'll be teaching 2 sections of an electronic music class at the local community college. Just finished booking 5 apartment shops for tomorrow.

Shopper8 I had eyes done about 15 years ago and was and am very happy. Recovery not bad, just swollen but you'll look so amazing you won't know who you are... Today went to Allergist, given new drops, home doing same stuff.

Today's plans for a museum visit in DC were derailed when I got news that a lot of video that the shop reports showed as having uploaded, from several valet shops, never made it into the reports. Had to move those video files to a different computer and upload via Filezilla. MSC is not upset, as all of the staff there also do these shops and know very well that uploading video through Shopmetrics is a crap shoot. Once all of that got straightened out my sister and I took several items to the local charity shop and had a late lunch at a local deli that always makes it onto the list of 25 best Jewish Delis in the US. Back home and checking on the beef in red wine and mushrooms that is in the slow cooker, making car check-up and "me check-up" appointments for next week, etc.

Went to the eye doctor today and get the news I will need to have carrick removed sometime i year next year. So not the best day
Today I went to The Kennedy Center for a tribute to Marion Anderson. I walked from NASA Headquarters to the venue (about an hour and a half). It was a great show!

I am addicted to Christmas shopping this year. I am the recipient of these emails that give you info on specials for different retailers (Kohls, Target, Walmart.com, for example) and the lowest sales price imaginable on specific items. I look them up and order only the deals. Some specials you have to go to the store for. It's all for my grandkids. Nothing expensive. Boxes keep arriving and I send them to the storage room without even opening them. Driving my kids nuts! bonus!

Today I will go to First Friday at my friends house. The ladies in my Sunday School class get together the first Friday of each month at one of the ladies 's house. We do what ever the lhost wantds to do last time we made a art project for Thanksgiving. Last April I had it at my house and we had a Easter Parade with hats we had decorated our our selfs. Next month we are making vision broads at my house. It always a good time . Tomorrow I have two Christmas parties to go do so this weekend will be busy.
