Last night I used a heavy-duty wrap on my hand when I went to bed. This morning the area is visibly bruised, but barely hurts. YEA!
Today was my first day as a part-time parish cook. I talked to the administrator, pastor, and associate. Everyone is making up the job requirements as we go along, but I believe that in addition to doing grocery shopping as needed I will be providing a hot meal on Monday night, Wednesday at lunch, and Sunday morning in between services. I rummaged through the kitchen and discovered it is quite well stocked with equipment.

Sounds like a great job for you, @KathyG! I have read some of your meal descriptions and.... well.... Yum!

Hopefully, a little less couch time today. Cleaning my shoes so I can wear them inside and not have plantar fasciitis flare up.

Others might be willing to take a chance on new material. You all will have to wait until tomorrow or whenever I post something new to the forum.
