I totally understand, location is everything. I remember years ago, bringing my daughter who went to Northwestern in Chicago my homemade chicken soup when she got very sick, carrying it on the plane.
What a laugh that brought, as the kids told me there's a Deli across the street. That cured me, imagine,
the smell on the plane. Don't kids go home, I'm sure their family feeds them. Today, with all the crazies out there, who would take food from strangers. The beautiful park in Santa Monica is full of homeless because they have a soup kitchen daily, they lie in the sun, and get a hot meal, while urinating in the park, and ruining it for everyone else. College kids today are fussy about what they eat. een 2 years old have preference and many are so picky, just not feasible here. Student loans are given for those that can't afford it, grants, you'd be surprised the money given to smart kids that work the system.
Trust me I'm all for helping when it really helps......I think sending a full pizza to a dorm a better idea, I would do that, but have to drive to the college and get in, and they may not accept ia stranger bringing in a package, t if you don't have a student going there or they don't know you. Things are very tight these days with packages.
Live consciously....
