My grandmother and grandfather were a hoot. Grandpa was laid back, spoiled his grandchildren, and drank a bit. Grandma, loved her grandchildren, but was more of a disciplinarian. I always laugh when I think of what she frequently said to my grandfather

Irene, in my case, I only seem to be as happy as my least happy child. If they are struggling with something in their lives, I end up commiserating with them which tends to bring me down a notch or two...
