I live near an equestrian center. They give away horse poop for fertilizer. I need to take advantage of that.

My walking partner told me how to make a fertilizer "tea" using it.

I want sweet peppers, roma tomatoes and heirloom red beefsteak. I'll wait and see what else they have. I will plant seeds for beets, podded peas, yellow and green beans...maybe lettuce.
Now I have gem marigold, geraniums, coleus and scallions!!
I rode my bike up to my garden plot and everything is doing great. We had a frost and some of the leaves on tomato plants turned brown, but they are growing quite well. I added organic plant food and watered them again....When I get back from visiting my mom again, I will weed, add more plants and plant some seeds. I want beets, green beans, yellow beans and podded peas. I will get flat leaf parsley and mint.
..woohoo*
