This is a very important meal of the day. I eat dinner for lunch, but am stumped what to have for breakfast. Now I am eating organic quick oats. It is very good. Sometimes I make scrambled eggs on pumpernickel. I do not own a microwave and never will. So I do not frozen breakfast sandwiches .... I have diverticulosis and totally avoid processed (cold cuts..ham etc) and prepared meals. Some days I make a smoothie with almond milk, greek yogurt, canned peaches or frozen blueberries, or fresh banana with seeds taken out and 1 teaspoon peanut butter (natural or organic). And I have coffee...organic decaf and organic caffeinated.
