Great experience with Feedback Plus

I am always a little hesitant when I do my first shop with a new company. However, I did a transportation company shop for Feedback Plus and got my PayPal payment in 18 days! This included transit time for my receipts to be sent by the US post office. This went above and beyond my expectations.

FB+ is one of the better "payers on time" people. Plus there shops are no brainers.

They are one of the few companies that I can still remember the shop when I get the payment!

I've got to add to this sentiment. Just got paid for shops I did ten days ago. I love this company.

I need to once again sing their praises. I did 3 shops earlier this month on 10/12, 10/15 and 10/17. Today is 10/24 and I just got payment, in full, for those shops. Way to go, Feedback Plus!

Ditto here too. And my last shop was on 10/19.

So.......how can one MSC pay within a week and other MSC's take 6 weeks?

May be they have a very good accounting/editing department. They also may be confident that once a report leaves their shop it will be accepted and paid by the client. Many other companies pay after they have been paid. If they don't get paid shoppers get screwed.

I hadn't thought about the back end with the MSC being reimbursed by the client company. I suppose the MSC's get certain reputations for the quality of their shops.

I only did one shop for them and I was really surprised to get paid for it. I did a sunglasses shop. Did the pre call and when I went to the mall there was a sign in the window saying back in 10 Minutes. I noted the time and did another shop in the mall. I came back and the store was still closed with the sign. Did a little more shopping and passed by at least two or three times. The store was still closed.

At this point I figure I'm screwed. No camera and cell phone at home in the charger. I went home, emailed the scheduler, filled out the report with all Nos saying store was closed.

Got my check yesterday and was surprised.

Anyone ever feel guilty when you know someone probably got fired over your report?

No one gets fired because of a shopper's report. Someone may get fired because of their own action, or inaction. A shopper's report may have alerted the client to reality. If an employee got fired for being inept, it shows a couple of things. Poor management/training, and a desire by the client to offer better service.

Sounds like they have a reputable bookkeeping dept.

I agree with Mert. I just read another post where the OP said she didn't want to get anyone fired, but service was terrible. I started to tell her that if the employee did not want to do their job and do it properly, there were others out there needing jobs and would gladly take their job and do it correctly!

Best experience with FB+ was next day payment for an integrity check I did a year ago. After I gave them the FedEx tracking number, my payment was sent to me - via PayPal!!! It was a rush thing and the scheduler called me on my phone.

I did a high end steakhouse shop on Saturday, PayPal payment on Tuesday. I think I'm still digesting my meal and I have already been paid. Wow!

Feedback Plus is one of my favorite companies. They don't offer a lot in my area but when they do, I try to gobble it up because of how great they are to work with. Unfortunately, they have stopped posting assignments from one of my favorite places to eat but still offer other things from time to time.

I would like some feedback regarding the range of income you receive for X shops per week. Is Feedback Plus one of the better paying companies? Which are among the highest paying, most satisfactory all around companies you work for? I'm a newbie. Thanks.

The amount of pay is average for the type of shops that I do through them and are a straight fee without having to pay out of a pocket for a purchase . The reports are short and simple. The ones that I do, don't require hardly any narrative and I have always been paid in less than a month.
So far the companies that I find that pay the most are either random companies that have few shops that they post in my area or shops that have been bonused through MF and CORI.

(Just the opinion of a newbie shopping only for the last year.)

RobinSamms: I have done five shops for Feedback Plus. In looking at my spreadsheet, they are a little higher than average in shopper fees. The steakhouse was reimbursement only, up to $120. This is a type of meal I would only pay for on a very special occasion. Payment will vary greatly. Just search these boards, you will find many comments on payment, types of assignments, etc.
