Mystique - no pay, no response

I did some shops in September. I haven't been paid, and it's well over two months now. I emailed John at Mystique, I used the contact form on their site, and I haven't gotten any response.
I also noticed that there aren't any shops on their site in the whole country.

Any ideas?

You aren't alone apparently. Newbies and otherwise, check a company's pedigree before you sign up!!
This company is notorious for not answering emails. I found out the hard way too. This company is overdue with my payment also. They have a contract with a storage company and a valet parking company. Most of the work is in New York but I have seen some work in New Jersey. The owner, John, is nasty and seemingly dishonest (and yet somebody married him). YES, I SAID IT!!!!

They sent an email begging for help, offering a hefty bonus and promising payment within 24 hours. I think alot of shoppers are "on to them". I see a lot of shops in my area are still available for this month. I also receive a lot of emails from them asking for help. They must depend, almost entirely, on new shoppers.

Mystique has been around for years but even a good company can go bad.
All payments owed were made via Papal today. I didn't hear a word of response, but I'm glad I got my money.
