Market Force Phone number?

Hi,

I am having my first real problem with Market Force and I have shopped with them over ten years. I am sure I am annoying them enough today that they will likely drop me but I am looking for suggestions.

Yesterday morning I was called by a scheduler and asked to do a fast food shop. We agreed on $20.00. I am not interested in doing it for less. It continues to show on my paperwork as 7.50 (and was on the boards for 15.00). I know better than to do the shop when the paperwork has the incorrect fee on the paperwork. I have called the scheduler twice this morning (got voice mail and left messages) and have emailed the help desk four times (once yesterday afternoon and three times today). I am really getting mad. I have received no response from anyone.

I cannot find a phone number (but I might be too mad to see it).

Any suggestions. I am absolutely not doing this shop if I don't get this resolved before I head out.

Thanks called and was told I would have to leave a voice mail but then someone miraculously answered the phone! Of course she couldn't completely help me but promised to call back....fingers crossed.

Whenever I've needed to reach them, I've called 770-441-5366. They'll usually say it's better to email, but if you tell them it's a time sensitive issue, they'll transfer you to the help desk.
Thanks I did get through and get it resolved. Later I got an email in response to my emails saying I was not waiting long enough and I needed to wait a few hours after being assigned a shop to expect the paperwork to be correct. That sort of set me off again since it had been 30 plus hours when I got this email and needed to leave for the shop in a couple of hours so I did reply back that with the name of the person who assisted me and how I thought waiting a full day was plenty long. I got another email back from the woman who helped me apologizing again (which wasn't necessary) but its all good now. All over the place they were saying how busy they were with the holidays and I pointed out I was too and I had been called and asked to do this - I wasn't seeking it out. I usually don't get out of sorts like this but the whole situation really got me riled up.

Again thanks for all the phone numbers. I did do the shop as scheduled and actually for a few more dollars than originally agreed so it all worked out.
