The incoming fee of 80 has been taken in my area. I've done the shop more than once, and it is very difficult and time consuming. Aside from locating staff, some of the name tags look like driver's licenses and can be a challenge to obtain their names.
The other area I've seen shoppers struggle with is the correct type of item to purchase. This seems to have tripped up people. You have to spend quite a bit of time preparing for this shop, so you ought to plan accordingly. In order to evaluate all departments, it has to be an item which requires the staff person to go and get it. I find this part can sometimes take the longest amount of time.
But the biggest challenge, in my opinion, has been the speed in which the company pays. The payment terms changed over the summer, and the wait time to be paid can be MORE than 90 days from the time you shopped. The fee also includes a required food and beverage purchase. To me the speed of payment is the biggest challenge.
All in all, the shop takes me 1 hour to prep and prepare, 2.5 - 3 hours in store, and 2 hours of inputting. The first time I did it it took me more than 3 hours to type it in. The form is a bit tedious.
