I've been doing some jobs for them recently. Jobs aren't bad. Pay is reasonable and either on time or a bit earlier than posted terms.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
I also love this company. They're super helpful via both phone and email. They're also in my time zone (PST) so it's much more convienient to reach them for problems with afternoon shops. They also offer a generous 24 hour turn around for reports.

2 thumbs up.

Has anyone noticed they have gotten rid of their main client in New York City? Anyone have any insight as to why? or where the client went?
Nice company. No worries about the W-9. Love them. I'm on my way to do a lunch shop for them right now!

Hello. I have heard good things about this group, but I cannot locate their site. It is not on the forum list. Does anyone know what the web address is?
I did a couple of shops for them. After a couple of months I realized I hadn't got paid. I emailed them and I got an answer immediately. They had sent the checks to my old address. She re-sent the check they got back and paid me for the other one through Pay Pal. I had both payments within a few days. I have no complaints except I wish they had more work in my area.
They are an excellent company!!!!

I like doing their shops. Reports have been straight 10 and I have had no problems with their assignments. Some requirements were a bit unusual. They even responded to my comments in the report. Highly appreciative.
They have national clients, but are based here in So Cal and have some local-only clients here as well.
I have done Toronto shops and restaurants for them. Very easy to work but in a couple or more restaurants shops, they had some unusual requirements.
They are pretty decent. I have done several shops before and have no problems. Lately I have not done anything with them because of limited assignments.

I'm interested in completing a dining shop for them, but the instructions require the shopper to get the name of the hostess, server, busser, bartender and manager!! I'm not worried about getting the name of the server or bartender... Or even the manager for that matter. But requiring the names of the busser and hostess is a little overboard. I can only use so many excuses to ask for names!!
I have done several upscale Mexican restaurants where I also had to get everyone's name. For the busser, when I saw one passing, I dropped my fork and signaled the guy over. I asked for a new fork and his name, joking with him that if he doesn't come back, I'll know who to ask for. For the hostess, I either ask the server saying the hostess looked familiar and asked for her name (only once that failed me, when the server said the hostess was new and he didn't know her name), or as I was leaving, stop to ask about a future reservation for a large party and then get her name. You just have to be imaginative.
