Collecting $ from Franchise Compliance

You know what, I am just plain tired of this scatterbrain mess. I created a gmail account just now. fcvaldezlawsuit@gmail.com if anyone is interested. The beauty of Google:

Reports and findings can be stored as documents online, with designated third parties being able to view them at their leisure.
Calendars can be shared, so in the event a class action lawsuit ever comes into play, all important dates can be posted.

I'm sure there can be other possible advantages as well with all Google has to offer. I just contacted a law firm I found online, searching "class actions". It is based out of Utah. Enough with the sitting on our butts complaining to each other. Time to take action!

Ok I just went through this thread and collected any relevant information. It seems there are around 20 people on this thread alone who are claiming a loss of as much as $250, and dating as far back as December 2011. I think if we can find a probono lawyer we can get the ball rolling. But personally I feel too much time has passed and we need to act in a more efficient manner. The problem here is that this is a corporation (so someone on here has said). If the company went out of business we are most definitely screwed and Valdez is completely off the hook because the business is not a sole proprietorship or partnership. Under any other form, the owner(s) hold no legal liability and their personal assets are safe.

Please email me at the above address with your user name, the date of your shop, the amount owed, and name any documentation you have. If any of us can find a resolution, it has to be found now.
Sending you an email with my info. Thanks for getting something started! We should check other threads - there are multiple discussions of Franchise Compliance. I think there are a bunch of files on Ripoff report as well as some on the volition forums. We may be able to identify some others there who have been scammed by Franchise COmpliance....
Wondering if anyone has attempted to file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center?
Since all of our business with FC was conducted through the internet, this might be an avenue to pursue. If enough of us file, our complaints might get more attention....
