Confero E-mail Issue (Time Sensitive Help Needed)

This has been one helluva week for me and it is only Tuesday! First, a French client deletes my report. Second, I have been waiting all day for a reply from my scheduler regarding a conflict with a shop scheduled for today. I got no response. There is nothing in my spam folder. I had e-mail communication on Sunday and Monday with this scheduler. I logged onto Confero's website and the following message is is a pink box...

"Warning:

Your email address "XXXXXXXXX@yahoo.com" has been placed on our "DO NOT EMAIL" list because our emails have been repeatedly rejected by your email provider. As a result, you are no longer receiving shop offer emails.

To restart emails, click this link to receive an email containing a link to restart your emails.
(It will come from shopper_email_support@sassieshop.com)"

Does anyone know what happened between yesterday and today? Is this a legit link if it is on the company's website? I did not click on it yet. The shop is still showing on my log so they did not cancel it or take it away from me. Thanks in advance.

ADDITIONAL INFO: While I was typing my previous post, I got an e-mail from an address that I do not recognize. It was not Confero. It is saying that they are Sassie and there are several hyperlinks throughout the e-mail. At the very bottom of the e-mail, it says...

"If we receive no reply from you, we will simply leave you on our DO NOT EMAIL LIST.

SASSIE MYSTERY SHOPPING POSTMASTER
SurfMerchants LLC
41 West Street FL5
Boston MA 02111"

Sassie is SurfMerchants? Is this a legit e-mail? Does this mean all my Sassie-related e-mails have been stopped? Help!

You may have to call them in the interim about the shop. You will also need to put yourself on the protected list with jobslinger..(surfmerchnts)
You should add all of the domain half of the emails to your safe filter so Yahoo stops blocking them. also turn filter down to medium. It looks ok to confirm email.

@ Techman01: Is my safe filter on Yahoo or Sassie or neither? And why after 10 months of mystery shopping, why the problem with my e-mail all of a sudden?

Its built into Yahoo email. I don't use Yahoo anymore been a couple years since I switched to gmail. But they have ability under settings to add addresses you don't want blocked.

As far as why now, Yahoo probably changed their spam algorithm recently.
