Hello there thank you for the information as usual this is the shopper that you assisted when I first started on these pages? from Washington DC! Happy New Year
I have never have any company giving me a run around about paying. This is just a suggestion, but have anyone tried getting BBB involved when you are not getting paid? Or state labor dept? I am sure this means burning the bridge with that company, so probably the last ditch effort. You can file to BBB via online, very easy - have used them againts company that try not to honor their warranty.
I'm so glad that I found this forum. I am a new mystery shopper and have only signed up on one company site called Concerto Research. I'm not sure if this is quick or not but the first shop I did I got paid for it the following month at the last day.
Companies generally pay in 4-6 weeks after shop performance. Some pay faster, some pay slower. There are companies that pay every two weeks. Because shoppers really like that, they are willing to work for a lot less in fees in order to be paid faster. The flip side of that coin, however, does not work. You will not necessarily be paid more by companies that take close to 3 months to pay. Some companies have posted pay dates. Every time I accept a job from A Closer Look the job actually tells me when I will be paid/reimbursed. When I do jobs for Service Intelligence, I know that I will be paid on the last business day of the following month. So if I work the first day of the month, it will be about 2 months to get paid while working on the last day of the month it will only be about a month. After a while you find the companies that you find are reasonable to work with for you.
I've done 14 shops over the last few weeks and the only company that has paid me so far has been QAMS. They are very, very quick. But, since this is my first month ever doing this, not sure if this is the norm. Seems like it is though, from what I've been reading so far.
This depends on what one calls quickly....I find a month fine and anything earlier finer. Service Sense is good, Bare pays when they say, always consistent, Think I'll sign with QAMS, hope they have jobs here. I didn't fine Premeir paying quickly, but then, it depends on what you think is quick.

To get the QAMS shops, you may also need to sign up with KSS International. [www.sassieshop.com]

Every time I have done a QAMS shop, it has actually be scheduled by KSS.
Customer Impact pays the following 5th and the 20th of the month.
Hope thanks...I am signed with Sassie.

I guess when it means the end of the month, it truly means the END of the month. I have some shops conducted around June 2, and I thought today since it is a weekday I might see the paypal payment arrive. I guess it will be tomorrow, the 31st? Am I right?
It depends a lot on the company and on your bank if it is a direct deposit. I note that my payment for June shops for SI hit my bank late this afternoon and is "processing". Their policy is to pay the last business day of the month and so far in the years I've worked with them they have always made the deadline.
So nothing showing on paypal today, the 31st. Should I be worried?
Some hold it to the first business day after the due date if the due date falls on a weekend or holiday. If the money doesn't arrive by Monday at 5pm, then I would be on it.
