InTouch (formerly Service Intelligence/Experience Exchange)

Is anyone having issues entering reports into the Intouch site (formerly Service Intelligence/Experience Exchange)? I'm doing my favorite coffee/convenience shops, but entering the reports into the new Intouch site isn't working and the French/Canadian help desk isn't responding.

I know I reported this on another thread, but here goes. I'm in Florida and have only done one shop for InTouch and was never able to get the report to upload. I kept in touch via e-mail with the scheduler and finally told him I wasn't willing to waste more time inputting information that wasn't getting through even though I was getting messages that my reports had been submitted. I ended up doing it over the phone when the scheduler called me. He said he'd heard other shoppers were having trouble and said I would get paid. This was last month, and I haven't done any other shops for them. So I'm not sure if there's been any improvement. Doesn't sound like they've got all their ducks in a row yet. It doesn't seem that it should make a difference that you're doing jobs in Canada, either. Who knows? Keep letting them know you're trying to work with them. Good luck.
Its good to know it isnt just me struggling to input my reports! I was already scratching my head and panicking that my fairly new PC might be down already.....but then I found out I could actually enter my reports successfully ONLY THRU MOZILLA FIREFOX BROWSER!! I dont know how much longer I will be shopping for them since they are the only company that required me to change internet browsers for inputting their shop results.
I submitted a report last month without any problem. However, it's been 2 weeks and it's still in the "awaiting approval" status. How long can it take an editor to check a non-narrative report?

I was having a problem submitting the reports myself. I finally heard back from them three days later. In the meantime, while the purchase item had changed, with the cost of it being higher, it seems like the compensation will wind up being less than what it was. I could be wrong, I need to go check again, but I am pretty sure this is correct. On the old site, they listed the reimbursement for the purchase and the compensation separately, now, it is a combined total...... hmmmmm.
For the one shop I am doing for them, I am making less money since the purchase is higher. Have to admit, I don't really care for the new purchase requirements. I've done 2 jobs and couldn't get the correct purchase on either--they were out of one ingredient or the other. One report was accepted; the other is still pending.
I did a few of the food shops for them this month, but the amount you need to pay is greater than before, leaving you with less money for doing the job, by about fifty cents. Plus it is a real pain to have to buy a specific sandwich, that no one in my house wants. I'm not sure I will continue doing these fast food shops if I have to feed the food only to the dogs and not the people in the house. I was having problems with internet explorer also, and switched browsers to mozilla, and it worked fine.
I started doing shops with them and I find the reporting system not user friendly. I still managed to figure out what's wrong though.

I agree with you guys, the new system is screwy. It's almost like a treasure hunt to try to figure out what to do. As far as the new shop requirements, I don't like them at all. I make less money and have to purchase items that nobody in my family wants to eat or drink. Sure hope these mandatory items are not going to continue! I used to do tons of these shops, but now I think I'll just sit back for awhile and see what happens. Maybe if shoppers don't want to take the assignments, they will change these requirements.

No one in my house likes the sandwich they make you buy, and they end up being fed to the dogs. And the drink they make you buy, is so laden with calories, that just hits the trash can. I want the old way back, buy the sandwich you want. We'll be stuck with this sandwich choice for at least another month. Yuk!
I agree - I don't mind one of those sandwiches, maybe even two. But we should be able to order whatever sandwich we want. The drink is more expensive, although it just went on special. I pour it right down the sink. Such a waste of food and drink and less money for me. I'm holding off taking any more shops. Maybe they'll come to their senses.
Love the coffee, but don't like the lattes. Took one home, poured off the ice, added ice cream, threw it in the blender and enjoyed it much more. Waistline probably didn't! Wish we could go back to the old way.
Y'all are making me jealous - sandwiches, latte'. They don't have those in Florida. :-(

Actually, they are in Florida - Orlando area
Anyone get the latest message about pre-assigning shops. Next round should be breakfast, but they still have the same sandwich/drink requirement. It doesn't make sense.

Is that the ones with the funny 2 initial name (double)? I saw a construction sign that one is building in Tampa.

Yep, and in Pinellas County (4 locations being constructed right now that I am aware of, just too long of a rotation between visits)
Hey Cubbiecat, I hear from my friends on facebook that these Stores has finally come to Florida. Not sure about the mystery jobs but I know the stores are there.

YES!!! They are in my area now and on the board! They've been advertising LOTS on TV and newspaper. Do they have different shifts than the 6am-10am? Waaaay too early for me to get to that location, with rush hour traffic.

They rotate the shifts usually twice a month. There's also an 8 pm to 6 a.m. and 2 pm - 5 pm.
Thanks MMM and marg704. I'll wait until they have a decent time frame. I will have to be careful when to take them because I prefer the supermarket and haircut. We are only allowed to have 6 shops at a time, a switch from Service Intelligence.
