Certainly is not at all similar with ANY experiences I have had with this company. Of course there may be a rude scheduler in there but mine is a very gracious lady who I wish I could work with more but there just aren't that many jobs they have in my area.

Mine has bent over backwards for me when I did a stupid and been gracious when I committed a 'brain dead'. Off the top of my head I can't tell you how many shops I have done for them but I can tell you GFK is a company I don't wait for bonuses with because the jobs pay fairly in the first place. I have gotten bonuses for shops well out of my shopping area and they were truly substantial. I was not aware that these guys did the 'hero citation' nonsense.

I don't think the hero citation is nonsense.....it is something that is earned. I have learned it the hard way.

Ok. I was sorry to hear you had a problem with them. Could it be that your scheduler was having one of those 'bad days' that it might make sense after a cooling off period to revisit your status as a shopper with them?

That is my plan...let her calm down and get back to them in several months.

I think the "hero citation" is only meaningful if the company uses it to bump you up the list for better shops. Otherwise it might add a smile to my day, but I'd rather have MONEY! :-)

You are not alone. They seem to have that history. I had to cancel when my dad died and was kicked out also. Sorry no notice but then dad did not tell me he was going to up and die either!

I've only worked with this company since the first of October, and have completed 20+ shops. For my shops, there are two assigned schedulers who reply to emails within 12 hours. Pay is fair and right on time. So far, so good.

Any one else?

Love GfK gas shops. And they pay very promptly!

I got paid already for shops I did earlier this month. I love them too!

Yes, I have been paid twice already this month for shops done this month. I wish they had more stuff here.

Hey, I just got a notice. The Healthy Sandwich Shops are back. Starting November 26th, it said to start checking the available visits page. These usually pay pretty good and at least the food is better than ff.

Yes, those seem to be trickling out. Mine indicated they would start posting 11/25 so I assume they will be posting area by area with perhaps Cettie's area being an earlier one to post with mine a little later and Charlene's the day after. I'm looking forward to these.

I love this company!! They have been more than accomodating to me, even when I was hospitalized. In this past month I have had to cancel and juggle a large share of my work due to a cardiac incident.

I continue to get emails from this company about jobs and the small amount of contact that I have had with a scheduler was prompt and friendly. Unfortunately they do not have any jobs local to me other than the same two gas locations each month and even those are not close enough to make a special trip out there. It's too bad. I wish that they had more in this area because I have heard good feedback about this company in general.

I was having a hard time with my computer on the day a shop was due. My printer wouldn't print, and my computer kept burping at me. I called my scheduler and I got such an attitude. I explained what was happening and that I couldn't get into their website. She hung up on me!!!

GfK's website is cybershoppersonline.com. Glanced at the list of MSPs here, but I didn't see it.
