I had this with a certain mystery shop company that does the Pretzel Shop. If you click yes, (on offered dips, cheese, ect.) you have to click every single one below it as yes or no. If you don't, you get the above stuff, you won't get to leave that page and go to the next one until you either "clear it" or correct it.
