Contact the Shopper Ambassador at
shopperambassador@aboutfacecorp.com. She can tell you what happened on the report and why you were not eligible for the bonus. Did you not receive feedback when it was edited explaining what was found? The feedback they send explains what was found and the reason for the scores.
