BestMark report entry problem

Hello,

in case anyone is still up (it's almost 2 am EST). I am entering my first ever BestMark report. I am at the last screen and constantly getting the message "Updating scores, Retry Save". Is this issue common? Any ideas on how to bypass this and not loose my report? I have been waiting for an hour for the issue to self resolve. Thanks in advance.

Just as an update: I resolved the issue by logging out, logging in again and reentering the last page of the report. It is saved and submitted now.

...this company sounds interesting, I'm game.... I am in the process of adding more companies which I need.

I do alot of shops for them. They are my favourite.

Pay is low compared to other MSCs.

What they have here is a TON of phone delaership shops and some in person. Keep in mine that I am in Car country OH/MI
