I saw it in red. $0

Anyway, I don't want to stay in this negative mode anymore. I just won't bother with them. Hope y'all get it all worked out and hope that company changes their website and gets modern..lol

Elcarev68...When you say press the button, you mean click on it correct? If so, I did that but it was already blue....still does not work. argh!!!!
Canuck, if the report was graded why wouldn't you contact them to find out what is going on? Normally if a shop is rejected they do not bother with a grade so the $0 showing for payment could be in error.

That's a first, then. Sorry it's not working.
Was it just one client's report or are you having the trouble with multiple clients?

Were you able to get in touch with anyone at Cori today?

Worse comes to worse, tell the scheduler to enter it into the system at Cori as you dictate it over the phone, and email them the photos.

Yet another option would be to get an earlier version of IE to install on your computer. That should be possible for free from somewhere, but I've not researched it. About a month and a half ago another forum member reported they either did this or suggested doing it.

It's pretty outrageous to have to go through all this, I know. But try to stick with it - once you get the fix, you should be good for quite a while. If it's client-specific, you at least have some other decent shops available with them.
Eventually they'll have to fix this, because more and more of us will upgrade out computers and platforms over time, and Cori won't have anyone left with old enough systems to get the work done.

Thanks for the tip! That is just what I needed tonight to get my report in.

After all my ranting and raving, found out that someone there made an error (maybe a trainee?) and someone else fixed it. I got a 5 rating and got an email this morning that my money would be in my bank this week.

My apologies CRI and I am going to believe that you ARE going to pay me on the 5th.
