Marketforce uploading

Is anyone else having trouble getting their receipts to upload to MF today? I've tried from two different computers and my phone and keep getting an error and then get booted off the page. SO FRUSTRATING!

I had trouble with them on one browser yesterday and today but switched to Google Chrome and had no trouble.

Thanks! I'll give it a try on DD's computer later. I've never had a problem with them untill today.

I submitted one photo, CPI, and report details four hours ago via laptop and cable internet with no problems.

I got it to go. Picture was too big even though it was uploaded the same way I've done it for years.

If your software for the scanner was updated, it may have changed the default setting. This would make the file too large or no longer jpeg

I had trouble uploading to Market Force (CFA) a few minutes ago.

Thank you all. I cropped it the best I could and it worked. It was a jpeg, so no idea what happened.

If you keep your files under 1 MB, that will help you to avoid lot of hassles. That goes for uploading to other MSCs as well.

I have no problem uploading pictures or receipt, using IE10.

I didn't have problems uploading. I have had problems with them saying it is too 'hazy'. I have never had a photo rejected. I have used my scanner and my camera. I have resubmitted one photo 3 times now. They asked me for an original, uncropped, unsized copy this time. I rescanned it just to make sure I did my part. Hopefully, this time it will be fine. :/ The receipts with the paper that you can see the writing on the back through drive me crazy!
