CORI - re: any browser but IE

Hey, I discovered this neat little extension for Chrome (which I use predominantly) tonight that lets you "use" an IE window (and all of the Activex and Java, etc. applications that apply) while still in Chrome!

[chrome.google.com]

I haven't used it with CORI yet, but I think it's worth checking out. Maybe a few of us can report to the rest of those who hate the fact that they have to jump out of their other browsers and into the dreaded IE. winking smiley

Hope it's a good one!

I have no problems with IE.

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
IE9 here and so far, so good.

I used chrome a few years ago and they had that extension you mentioned. Never used it though.

Let us know how it goes, eh? winking smiley

I checked it out and i don't think that it will work, its only works if you have Windows. I have a mac, and Apple no longer supports IE. This is the problem i have with Cori. so i have to find another computer to upload pictures on there sight. what a head ache!!
That little Chrome add-on has worked like a charm for me. smiling smiley

Let me know if it works! I.E. is to slow, I much prefer to work in Chrome. I was hoping CORI changes would support Chrome.
It does work. I haven't been able to open Market Force properly in Chrome since they changed the job board but it works great with that little add on. Thanks, jentodd, for sharing that little gem.

Canuck- I also have IE on my Mac but it is a risky move to Mac owners. There is not a lot of good feedback which is why you will hear a lot of Mac owners hesitate the whole IE debate. I haven't had any problems, so far.
If I put IE on our iMac I think my husband would have a fit.

The "new" CORI site has been working fine for me with Safari. Maybe it was a fluke.

i can use any Browser to view there sight, book assignments, just fine. but to upload reports is the problem! they keep kicking it back, telling me to do it over again on IE. Its just a pain.

And if anyone knows how to upload IE on a 2013 MAC OS X Mountain lion SOFTWARE (without having to upload windows xp Software on my drive) PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!
The IE classic works with Mac and it looks like it does about the same thing. I find this quote on the description hilarious: "Some websites are still not compatible with standard browsers"!
Thanks. I use Chrome because my IE is tortuously slow. I have attempted to sign up on CORI twice, but each time the website determines that my selected password isn't long enough no matter how additional characters I add to it! I wonder if using the IE tab will help.
