I have filled out the report twice using IE and it will not let me choose the associates from the drop down menu so CORI send it back. I have contacted chat which sent me to an employee which sent me to another employee in which I left a voicemail. I am beyond flustered. Has anyone had this issue that could help me fix it? I really don't want this shop rejected due to this.
Thanks, Andrew. I resubmitted with Firefox so we will see. It let me do the report correctly so hopefully they will be able to use it. It was nicely bonused so I hate to lose this one!
