Cori trouble entering the report

Hi everyone,

I went to a restaurant shop this morning and have been trying to enter the report. I could chat online in the beginning but disconnected before all questions were answered. After that, I have been waiting more than 2 hours because I got kicked out so many times & now online chat seemed like closed.

I got a person's extension from other associate eariler and left message like 3 hours ago but haven't heard back.

I also emailed like 2 hours ago but haven't heard back either.

This was my first shop @ this MSC, and the way entering the report is totally different.

I am sooooooooooo panic now, so my writing might not make sense.

Can anyone guide me what to do now?

Thank you so much!

Some shoppers, including me, have had luck with other browsers. In general, they are only compatible with internet explorer. Try with IE and if you don't get it entered tonight, don't panic. Try calling them in the morning. The office is on Eastern time.

Agree with Lisa. I prefer FireFox but have not had good luck with FireFox on Cori. For them, I use IE.
Thank you both of you guys!

So...I entered all the info with IE...but now it shows "Please answer all numbered and lettered questions, all answers are required!" even though I entered required areas, except "Please explain NO answers" that I answered all YES so that I shouldn't need to fill out answers.

Should I just put N/A or something to all the blanks?

Thank you!
Another thing to try is opening their site in another browser. From there go to your history and check on the shop. I had something similar happen a couple of months ago and eventually it went through. If it still won't go, bag it for this evening.

OIC...I will try that! But I am now so discouraged with this report system.

Thank you again! smiling smiley
The report should move your screen to where it thinks something is missing. Look close, as it's often tricky - like being too simple to notice.
If you can't find it, copy and paste all your narratives into a word document and save it so that if you have to enter the report again tomorrow, you'll have your work ready to drag and drop into the report.
Hit submit one last time.
Leave the website open.
Go to bed.
You'll have a nasty email waiting for you in the morning. Ignore it. (They won't get serious about dropping your shop until 12 noon at the earliest.)
Call at 9 a.m. EST and talk it through.
OK...now I could somehow finish the report after getting more than 100 words here & there that I had to re-write and extend my poor writings. I hope it will get accepted.

Thank you very much, everyone! smiling smiley

I still have a problem, tho. I uploaded a receipt and forgot to circle the date. I was talking to the rep online and told that he could be able to remove and such, but I wasn't able to get back to upload page...so I need to wait for tomorrow.

Will see...
At the very bottom of your Cori home page you can see the shops you've submitted. Each one will have an opportunity to submit your receipts. Load the new image of your circled receipt there.
BTW, when I was having the same problem the report was not taking me to a missing field. The reason was there was nothing missing, it was just a glitch. I went over it with a fine tooth comb two or three times before calling them. It was right before they closed Findlay and Joanne was going to have me e-mail everything to see if she could get it entered on their end. Luckily, I kept trying to submit while we were on the phone and it finally went through.

Good morning!

So...I woke up @ 8:35am PST. Opened my PC if there was a nasty email.

Then, I saw 2 emails from Cori. O crap.

BUT, these were not nasty ones. grinning smiley

I felt sooooo happy it was accepted somehow & they've editied whatever I made errors. (Not sure how bad it was, tho.)

I just want to say thank you all!!! <3

elcarev68 --- Do you mean on the left side that shows Auditor Home, Image Resizer, CRI Auditor
University...from the top? On the bottom of the list is Contact Us, Logout, Terminate Agreement. Am I looking @ wrong area?

LisaSTL --- Is it easy to hold of them on the phone? I called a couple of times, but these went straight to the voice mail. The problem was...not only submitting problem, but also there were several questions that I wasn't sure what to enter.

O well, learning is hard. I hope I have less problem next one.

I am glad I found this forum. Thank you again! smiling smiley

Glad your reports were accepted. Sounds like you had some narrative fields that required a certain amount of characters each. From what you've described, when you added words, that satisfied the length requirements and the report(s) went through. That would have also prevented the nasty morning emails from being sent.
As for the receipt loading spot...
When you log in, you are taken to your auditor home page. This is also accessed by following the link at the top of the area you were describing on the left.
At the very bottom of the home page itself, not the list of links on the left, at the very bottom of the home page is the area where you can upload receipts. The ones that you submit with your report are there as a link, and there is a link for each shop submitted for you to upload additonal receipts. You can upload as many images as you want there... forgotten photos, additonal photos, notes to an editor scanned or created as an image, and, of course, receipts.
Again, congratulations on your first Cori shop completion! Check out the Cori threads on this Forum for more advice, especially on waiting for the best prices on Cori shops.

Hmmm...my main page...

On the top part, it shows my rating / cart / online chat area.

The middle area contains...

Important Message!
New “Change Date” Feature Added!

Yahoo Email Notice
Real People Ratings Survey!
Join Our Panelist Group: Earn Money for Your Opinion!
(Each one above has some explanations that taking more than 80% of page itself.)

On the bottom part, it shows "copywrite" blah blah blah...

These are the ones only showing "Auditor Home" or "Home".

Is this only me?

And thank you! smiling smiley

BTW, when I was struggling entering the report, I had some shops kept in my cart not checked out, tho. I thought as long as I kept in the cart, I would be able to keep them for at least 3 hours. But these were disappeared within 3 hours, and someone else took the jobs. Now in my area...there are almost nothing left within 10-15 miles for this month already. sad smiley
You know, I've never seen anything at the bottom of the page to upload receipts etc. I've heard of that before and have checked and have seen nothing like that myself. Hmmm....
Below "Join our panelist group" and above the copyright info, there should be a box that reads...

Don't forget to send in your receipts! Without a receipt, you cannot get paid for a completed job.
If you have not submitted receipts for the following job(s), please do so.
Please note it may take 3-7 Business days for your receipts to be verified once you've submitted them and they will remain on this list until that time. Those receipts are displayed beneath each job.

I just copy & pasted how it looks on my page below. I wish I could upload the pic.

Maybe...I don't see because I don't have any jobs assigned now?? Or...there is a box hiding below but there is no additional space can be shown, so it is not there???

Thank you!
is anyone else finding it difficult because the CORI website is slow. It use to be fast but now it is so slow.
The team member said exactly five words to me. "How are you today, sir?"

The narative box says "Please quote what was said:"

"How are you today, sir?"

-----------------------------

No. Error! Does not compute!

I cannot submit my report because the narative must be 200 characters, minimum.

I don't get it. Am I being too literal?
Stupid isn't it.

Just add in the garbage extra words they want ... Shortly after I entered the building and as soon as I reached the counter the team member who was working behind the counter said ....
I'm with you Watchbird, I am not real big on fluff. I guess we have to learn to add to the verbage. I amazes me, when we have to add to what was said, to fill required space...

OK. That's what I did. It just felt very awkward.

And then I came to:

"Provide a detailed description of your entree:" and they gave me 70 characters.

"The Grilled Chicken with Portobello Wine Sauce was..." and I only have 20 characters left!
Sometimes CORI editors will reject my shops if I filled out the form in Chrome or Firefox. They love IE for some reason!
