I have four shops from 08/02/13, that have not been edited. I did the same type of shop on 08/03/13 and that one was edited within a few days and I have already been paid.
Three shops, two different clients have all been edited. The first on August 11 was graded the same day and for the two submitted yesterday the e-mails came through around 4:30 this morning. I'm guessing the issues stem from the transition to Indianapolis since that was occurring on July 31 and all of the shops in question seem to be have been submitted within the first week of August.

But mine are still sitting on the bottom of the Home Page....I probably have around 15 shops that have not been edited since last week.
why dont you get on the live chat and ask them. There might
be an issue with them or photos/receipts arent showing properly
on their end

My shops from the weekend have already been edited. One of these was reported after 11 pm PDT.
Mine are all done. I submitted two yesterday and they were approved yesterday as well.

Strange! :O
They are still in the midst of straightening out the problem with 2,000 shops done between 8/1 and 8/10. I have seen some in my area come back up on the board for July...which means the person that originally did the shop has turned down the offered reshop. I was asked to be patient.

I'm trying.

I have over 20 shops that were submitted in early August that have not been edited nor have I been paid. I think it is extremely bad business how they are handling this. I will not reshop these shops, nor have I been asked to. I expended my time, gas money, and wear and tear on my car. I expected to be paid on those shops last Friday. It is not my fault that they had a server snafu. I did the shops in good faith, as did everyone else, and we should be paid and I expect to get paid. They could have easily asked us to resubmit as soon as they were aware of the problem and processed it manually . And they should be notifying us of the problems in payment, not making us chase them. When I called I was actually told there was a hold on my shops due to quality issues, which is a bald faced lie as I've been doing these shops for years and there was no issue with the shops prior to or after their problem in transfer.
Quality issues????I know what that word means....but what do THEY mean with it???

Great....The shops I did were 90 miles away. Now don't get me wrong...I wanted to go there THE FIRST time and do these shops...made a route of them and should make good money doing them.
The "old" Cori had this problem once and I was sent an email...explained that only half the report came through and would I please resubmit the report.
No problem....did that and got paid. Might of been a week later but at least I did not have to reshop the location.
Not sure what he meant, and he backed off it after I challenged him and said as long as there were no exceptions...missing pics or whatever, I would be paid. But I am not sure that I will as they seem to not know what to do, and don't seem to have any game plan.
Well, I just took a look at the job board in my area and all of my jobs of mine that were placed "on hold" are now back on the board. I was not offered to reshop them.

I cannot assign them to myself because the system says I have been unassigned.

I am hoping this is just part of the glitch. I did not notice a red line through these shops on my history page,

I am getting nauseated. $362 worth of shops.

I think I read on a different thread about these that they missed the deadline for the client and had to re-shop them, however were paying the shopper that completed them the first time anyhow because of their errors.

I feel for you janalou...I would just cry if I had that much money in shops and thought I wasn't going to be paid. My fingers are crossed for ya! smiling smiley
I would be on the phone with them the second the office opens in the morning. First to be sure I was paid for the previous shops, then to get the re shops.

Thanks SAM, I'm going to go to sleep with positive thoughts that they will do the right thing.
I went on the Chat last week and found out that I will be paid for the shop that had the problem and can reshop. She said I should be able to take it if it reappears and if not to contact them. So, I wouldn't worry about not getting paid for the shops that haven't been edited yet. It's just a matter of when we will be paid. Hopefully next week.

All the jobs that were "in question" are back on my jobs page. I spoke with scheduler Jordan and he assured me we would be paid. He was able to re-assign the jobs to me that I was unable to self assign.

A pleasure to deal with...

He did say we have about a 7 year grace period before anyone there gets "grouchy."

YAY!
So far Jordan is the only one i have worked with directly and he has been great. We have negotiated a route and he took care of some rescheduling for me.

Exactly!!!!

I hope we are getting paid for the early August shops. I see mine just re-appeared on the board, nobody asked me if I wanted to re-shop. Heather told me they had everything they needed... Receipt is shown as be received, no rating yet. Let's all keep our fingers crossed.

RobG, I was able to pick up all of my jobs that came back on the board as a result of the ealry August problem. It did require a phone call to the scheduler.
Fingers crossed...
Thanks janalou, it's interesting, the shop I performed today was accepted in about one hour. Keep them crossed!
I took CORI off my list of reputable MSC's last year, and I haven't missed them or their slap in the face rates since. Good riddance. Off like a prom dress!
I heard back about mine. They are behind on getting back to shoppers. I will be paid for my four shops, but since their server had a glitch, they will need to be reshopped. I offered to reshop them, but they might already be taken. I think this situation shows something very positive about CORI. They can not use my shops (their issue), but they are still going to pay me in full. I am happy about how CORI is handling this situation.
EandC, if you don't like the starting rates you can do like the rest of us and wait for them to increase. The starting rates of their shops do not make them a "disreputable" company.

The two clients I have seen go to other MSCs in the last few years end up paying much less and rarely offer a bonus. For instance, a certain pizza client that appears to either pay reimbursement only or $5. CORI also started them low, but my average for those was anywhere from $18 for a delivery to my home, up to $35 for a carryout.

I had my very first shop at CORI I think for over $25 and it started at $5. I listened to Lisa and waited. lol I have automatically been doing that. If I like the fee or the reimbursement, I take it. If not, I don't.
I just entered a shop and had my review in my inbox within 20 minutes. Apparently they have fixed the problem. Glad I didn't do any shops at the beginning of the month.
