Is there a phone number for Cori?

The ice cream shop from hell is getting worse by the moment. The form for my report is a treat report not a dinner report. I have tried the online chat twice and now seem to be banned from it. It was too busy the first two times. I sent an email to which there has been no response. So I tried "leave message" and they say they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. In the meantime I am getting messages about a late shop and they are going to delete the shop from my inbox.

I thought I saw the phone number posted somewhere in this forum but a search is not turning it up. There must be a way to contact them by phone.

The required purchase for those shops change quite frequently. Even though it is during dinner, it could very well be for a treat. I usually use live chat. The number may have changed since they are now in IN instead of OH.

I had a drive-thru ice cream shop where I found no drive-thru. I did it as a walk up and submitted best I could using the drive-thru report. The report was accepted with no problems. Definitely call them at the number listed above and they can tell you how to proceed. I've found them to be very helpful when problems arise.

I would suggest calling them, I left multiple emails with them and never heard back :/ definitely go with the phone!
I put a number to call for Cori on here at 8pm on Tuesday night and when I called it Saturday it was disconnected. The number worked Monday. Either someone at Cori saw that number and had it shutoff or I'm just not lucky.
If you called me I'd probably have my phone disconnected too.

I called them and left a message and emailed them.

My first time with something like this. sad smiley
All is good. I submitted the report and put in the 'order accuracy box' what happened and they approved the report with a 5

I had the same thing happen to me. Drive thru scenario with no drive thru. Did it as a walk in and got pay. I mentioned it in the report. Never had an issue with them except sometime a little slow to edit the report.
