Best Mark...Technical Problems?

I have been having a problem and wonder if anyone else has encountered this...I completed several internet surveys for BEST MARK over the last few days. I confirm them, and then wait for e-mail responses from various auto-dealers, which the time frame extends beyond the "confirmation" due date/time, which is 10AM the next day. At 11AM the next day, I get e-mails stating that I did not confirm them. Here is the odd thing, one of the bunch shows confirmed at their end, the rest do not....and of course I have yet to get a response from BEST MARK. I have completed several of the same type of surveys and have had no problems until this week.

Confirm them as soon as you have finished the telephone call or the internet inquiry. That tells them that you have completed the shop, which is all that confirming does. Then once the e-mail deadline passes, if you haven't received a response then complete the shop & submit. From my experience, usually the time frame for receiving an email is 1 hour up to 24 hours
