Stericycle or CRI have they slowed down the payment .......

Has anyone noticed how long it takes to get a shop edited, approved and scheduled for payment ever since the Cleveland office was closed ? I used to get a notification email every Monday stating that a check would clear paypal by the following Friday, now it is anybodies guess when you will get paid.

if you submit a shop and it has no errors or issues,
then it is approved within 72 hours. If there is an error
then it can take up to 10 days for approval until they
clear the backlog.

As far as payments...i still see them when Im suppose to...

Not true.
You just got lucky.
This is far from the norm now that offices have changed. Where do you see it in writing 72 hours?

The proof is in the pudding. Every shop I have completed
since the new office took over has been approved within 72 hours...
most within 12 hours of me entering them. And I complete quite
a few bonused shops every month with them...

Shops that get flagged are taking up to 10days to clear as they
have a backlog. That I know because I asked...

Ok so no proof in writing. That what I thought. Thanks. It is still up to the editors and the client.
I submitted two reports yesterday and they were approved in a few hours.

I don't understand....
Other than one where I accidentally submitted the wrong receipts and had to resubmit, everything has been graded, approved and paid the same as always. Not one has been a shop that wasn't heavily bonused.

Most of mine are graded and paid on time. In fact I entered 14 jobs last night and within 3 hours they were all graded and done.

I did have 2 go on hold last month. I was never notified, they just sat there on my home page. I didn't inquire either (because I was waiting to see how long it took them to clarify). It took them a month to get to the 2 jobs that just sat there. After I was finally contacted, I emailed the overall photo (which they lost in their server) and they were approved in 24 hours of that.
It depends... some things they want specifics, some things they want general. In the enormous hardware store, there's a little of each, with a comment box for each section. A couple of sections want specifics, the last one is general.

But they want *everything* concise. smiling smiley

On the narratives for their hardware store (just completed my first one this past weekend) I was surprised to see it said to not use any employee names. This is the first time I've seen that and I've done hundreds of shops. Curious as to why they have that requirement...
Tlt14....so you remain anynomous. They dont want them
knowing who was shopped. If you put the employee name
they can align it up and figure it out

Okay, follow up question. (Genuinely curious) Do you mean that they only receive some of the report then? Because if they receive the entire report, they'll see the time I was there and the department, and could figure out who was shopped anyway. Am I missing something?
You have to put the employee name in the shop form, just not in the narratives.

Employees dont see the times and name...its used if there is a challenge....rest of
report is seen without that info

Yes, I know that. I was curious if there was a reason to not include it in the narratives since you're already putting it on the report.

Techman - now that you say that, it reminds me: when I was a teenager, I used to work at a place that was shopped and we would see the reports, but never knew who had been the one shopped. We'd try to figure it out based on how the shopper had described the person and the date/time, but we never knew for sure.

Do a complete opposite of the types of reports you are used to writing. 2 sentences per section. Short, concise, nothing more, nothing less. After my first one I was admonished for being too verbose and detailed. That's why their reports are a breeze.
They have never admonished me for being too verbose, lol. For Cori it is definitely a case of less is more.

if they only want a minimum of 50 characters, dont write 500.

Also, most comment boxes can be left blank unless there is a negative.

If it says minimum of 0, then you dont need to write anything in the box
at all.

As for reports, I have at least 15 that have NOT been touched since the middle of month. The rest of them went quickly....as far as I know there are no problems but getting tired of waiting foe money....need money to MAKE money!!!
I do many shops for these guys each month. 99% of my shops are edited within a few hours of being input.

The very few that are not most likely have an error, or a picture/receipt quality issue that was passed on to the quality control team. The quality control folks have slowed down a great deal, but the first run editors are as fast as they have always been.

I guess the key would be to make sure that you make no errors, and have clear photos/receipt scans submitted so that they don't go to their quality control folks for review.

If a shop has feedback returned by Tuesday, I will see payment for it the Friday of the following week. Regular as a clock.
It's 11:02 PM. Is Cori "up" or "down". I don't want to continue wasting my time if they are down.
To answer the question.... It took an hour and 15 minutes to finally get the report in... and it was accepted within two minutes.
