If you are using Open Office I believe it comes with a 'print to pdf format' option so you could create a pdf. I have a very old version of the purchased Adobe Acrobat software that allows me to print to pdf (and because of its age as not the 'newest and greatest' version was cheap on eBay). Another thing you can do is open a Word or other document window to a fresh document, go to the CoRI site and do a "Select all/copy" then paste it into your doc window and save it as a document.
