Marketforce XX certified shopper

So about 3 weeks after performing a casual dining shop, I get an email saying I am now eligible to become a certified shopper for the same chain. I just have to take the certification test.

I haven't done it yet, but am wondering "what's the point?" I got the shop without being a certified shopper.

Does anyone know if this certification adds anything to my life as a shopper?

On a related note, when I tried to do this test all of a sudden I started getting tons of errors. Now, I cannot get MF's site to load at all in Google Chrome, and I have to use Firefox. Annoying, because this is (currently) the only MSC site that I use that doesn't work with Chrome.
I got that and I've done that shop before. I ignored it and they sent me another e-mail. So I did the test even though I am rarely anywhere near one of those restaurants.
Market Force works great with Chrome for me. The only site I know of that does NOT is CORI. It will appear to work fine but when doing reports, the information doesn't transfer correctly. Your shop sits for weeks until a quality control person resets it and has it you enter it again (hope you saved your .html report from before if this happens!!)

It happened to me and luckily I had saved the .html report so the small narratives could be copy/pasted (saved having to remember all of what was said!!) I had to reenter everything using IE.

However, after entering it all again, I got all 5's on my shops and was paid promptly!

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
Has anyone asked Marketforce?

Happily shopping Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut
I use Chrome to check MF daily - no problem.

I didn't have this problem with CORI on my Chrome here. Odd.

And today, MF again works with Chrome... not sure what happened.
Just FYI from the person who originally posted this, the issue with web browser is not actually related to my original post and this thread has been fully hijacked completely off its original intent.

Why not start a new thread?
