Second to None Searches

At StN, when I use the "Quick Search" feature, I get two shops that come up.
Using search by radius, those shops don't appear, and in fact, none do.
When I search by state, no shops show up, including the two from quick search.
And no shops show up no matter what state I choose.

How sad is it when a poster is the OP *and* the last to post on a 2 post thread?
Almost as sad as when a poster adds a third post, just so the thread won't look from the outside like someone actually originated and concluded their own thread with nothing in between.
I've noticed sometimes when I search on Second to None that shops will appear at different radius mileages and disappear at others, when they should be there. Perhaps there's some glitch in their system.
In my area, I am too old for the convenience store tobacco integrity shops and too young for the healthcare ones. Every once in a while, I go inactive and am told that happens as I don't do any shops for years. Maybe in a few years, I can do the healthcare ones and stay active on their site for once LOL. I'll be 42 later this month.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.

I told them that last year and they told me that I didn't understand how to use the search function. LOL alrightie. It's me. Yep. Doh!

You have to just keep changing the radius to get everything to show up.
They may have been updating their site at the time of my early morning searches. I've often been prevented from entering reports during that system-down time. By last night, everything was back in order. Thanks all.
I haven't had issues with their search radius.

Glad it all worked out for you, elcarev68!
STN is using old, antiquated software. It's not a shopper issue. It's an MSC tightwad issue.
I had never even tried the Quick Search feature, until now. My Quick Search netted four shops. I see no rhyme or reason for the four. Kind of dogs, but not all the dogs are listed. Maybe the four are client priorities?

Using the selective search, inputting my zip with a 20 mile radius, nets 60+ shops. My takeaway is that Quick Search is not a worthwhile search, or use of my time.
I like one particular STN health shop. It's the only time I can get paid for providing a "bodily sample".
I've had issues with the job board not showing all the jobs. I'd gotten an email saying all these shops were available, but when I went to the site, none were. I know that if you don't check right away the shop may have been assigned, so I wrote the scheduler and was told that I had to search by state. I was confused by that, but I did it anyway.

When I clicked the box to search by state, I did not unclick the ZIP code box, so I ended up with the same results. The scheduler said he did the same search and got all kinds of jobs, and he sent me a screen shot to prove it. It was while I studied the screen shot I realized that I had to manually uncheck the ZIP code box. Voila! Issue solved.

Still, it should not have been that hard, or the explanation could have been simpler. Why did shops in my city not show up except when I searched by state? Their database must be screwed up or something. Shoppers are unwittingly losing out on possible shops by not knowing the game rules.

I've shopped with them for a couple of years and only recently begun to have problems. Now, when I search for shops I have to manually change the filters every time to see everything that is available.
