Yes, the jobs are with a different MSC. Many call this MSC in the dark ages, they don't like email and some complain the schedulers are old.
Personally, I think they are spot on and an A+ MSC even if they like to use their phones a lot. It puts a personal touch on things.

How does anybody know this for sure? I think it is still just a guessing game at this point. Are there now January shops available with the new company? I didn't see any posted.
Not a guessing game. I have shops with the new company slated for January 2014...The shop instructions are identical to the old company.
The new jobs were posted up until a few days ago. When I spoke to one team member, she told me to check back on Dec 18th...

Some people call this MSC hard to get along with and complain about their arcane website that takes 45 minutes to input a report that on a well designed site would take 10.

Cripes. Gone, then, are the days of 14-16 shops. No way I can input that many shops if each one takes 45 minutes...

The "NEW" MSC is excellent to work with. If you can not work with them, you must have your head up your IPhone...

I don't find them difficult to work with. I just wish I got paid a little more to work with them, is all.

I know for sure because I have had jobs scheduled for the gas company to do in January with them since the beginning of December. I have also talked to my schedulers who are super excited to be launching the new opportunity.

I know for sure because I have had jobs scheduled for the gas company to do in January with them since the beginning of December. I have also talked to my schedulers who are super excited to be launching the new opportunity.
Well, I will be happy when they post them for my area. I saw some posted earlier in the month, but too far for me.
It looks like I will be searching all day to determine the new MSC. Wish me luck!
They have offered them in routes, so you may be too late in trying to find them.
