Great that you got in on some good bonuses. Congrats. I am still waiting for payment for my January shops. They seem to choose one country at a time to pay. I'm in Canada. You?
Still waiting in Canada. I sent off an email this morning.

Always take the high road.
Nothing so far here in Canada. hmmmmmm.... I guess its time to email-bustering. I just hate that when they don't pay on time and don't email to say that payments will be late.
omg! I came on here to post the exact thing. I haven't gotten a reply for any of the 3 emails I have sent. they called me last night asking me to do 2 shops & I asked the lady if she knew anything but she said she didn't. I have gotten paid by them before. I'm in Canada (really wishing I could get a bonus like Alberta & BC)
I am so frustrated by this company. On Dec 3rd I was contacted re a urgent shop. Was offered $100 however only paid $12.50. Annoyed as I extended my sons daycare and took my baby out in bad weather to complete it. Since Jan 26 I have sent over 10 emails and messages through their website and have not had one reply. Does anyone have any other contact details for them. I am in New Zealand.
Spoke to someone today by phone, payment has been approved and will be in my account by Fri or Monday of next week. in Ireland, annoying but at least I know its on route.
I've been having trouble getting into the assignment so I sent them a message & got an almost instant email back. I slipped in the payment question with the info they asked for. we'll see if this gets blown off too...
I have only done three shops for them in 2014. Their payments are awfully late, last month's pay was on time but it doesn't seem too good.. Starting to believe that it is only a matter of time when this card house collapses and payments stop altogether.
There are plenty of fish in the sea and i've gone fishing to another place.

EDIT: Still waiting for January's pay.

Oy. I hope not. I love the shops they have near me. They're places I would go to anyway, so getting to shop them is just a bonus. I suppose that's why I don't mind the late payment. If I don't get paid because they close up, it won't really cause me any problems, and I've already benefitted from them immensely.
I'm still waiting for payment too. I've spoken to a scheduler asking me to do more shops, emailed and used their Enquiry link on the website. I received a repsonse to my email. The writer said they would look into it and get back to me. The scheduler I agreed to do shops for has not assigned them. Both those instances were three days ago. I always loved working for this company, but alas the time may well have come to wave goodbye. They are obviously having some issues.
THEY HAVE DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT! and havent paid any of my shop since October!

I did a couple of shops with GAPBuster last October and I still haven't received any payment from them. When they called me last January and asked for help, they promised me that they will be paying me this time together with what they owe me still. Until now, I still haven't received anything from them. Nobody has been responding to my email and they have now deactivated my account. What should I do? I'm so pissed as I want the compensation I worked hard for.
No payment yet and a scheduler could not tell me when we will get paid either. I am in Canada.

Willing to travel, Alberta, Canada
mitchieline, is your banking info correct?

Still have not been paid for my january shops & now I'm not sure if they will approve my tuesday shop because I shopped just past 8 (8:00-8:05) If I don't get anything by tonight (email or otherwise) Im cancelling my friday shop. I don't like these fast food stores enough to go if I'm not sure I'll get paid. Although, I'm tempted to just let it go past the deadline withput cancelling & when they tell me it's late I'll just say "ya, doesn't it suck when someone says they'll do something by a certain time & they don't do it or inform you that they wont be?"
I'm getting really upset about this.
I am still waiting on payment from a September 1 shop for Gapbuster.

I sent multiple enquiries about payment.
My account is still active (so I haven't been deactivated) and I receive emails to complete more shops with them.
I refuse to complete any more shops until I am paid for the one still outstanding or I get an answer to why not.

Does anyone have a telephone number for them since they do not respond to emails or enquiries?

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.

The banking information I gave them came from my bank. They said that it's okay and were wondering why they kept saying its the wrong bank account.
And nothing again today (Canada). No email answer, no payment, no doubt about it....... my faith is lost in them. When (always a glass half full kind of person am I) I receive payment, I shall post again. In the meantime, let us know any of you who start to receive payments and where you are from.
Canada At 10:50 pm March 6, 2014 I received the following email:

"Thank you for your enquiry relating payment for assignments completed in January 2014.

GAPbuster customarily makes payment at the end of each month; however, there have been unforeseen delays for the work performed in January.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, and we will post a processed date via email once payment has been confirmed.

If you have any further enquiries, please contact us at : ShopperAssignmentsCanada@gapbuster.com

Have a nice day!"

Hmmmmmmm..... that's a whole lotta....... no information.
I would have been happy with that if it was sent right away... I got the same email.
I received an email from them two days ago saying that the money will be credited at the end of the week.
Have you noticed today that all <fast food restaurant> assignments have gone from the gapbuster site...this does not look good I am owed £160

This cannot be acceptable that Gapbuster can repeatedly treat us like mugs and not pay on time. Its fundamentally bad business and downright unacceptable to treat contractors in this way.

Yet they have the cheek to keep on calling up and asking if I can perform some more assignments for them.

The excuse this time is that because February is a short month the money is not yet ready - well hello is not every February a short month.

Anyway needless to say I have advised them that I wont be doing any more jobs until they cough up with the cash.

I can only assume that they are in serious financial trouble and hence unable to pay at the moment....... I think I'm going to vote with my feet on this company, there are plenty of others who have the added bonus of not treating you as though you don't matter.
I have got the money for my 3 checks in January in Germany on March 6th.
What stores do they check in your countries?
In Germany it seems to be mainly <gas station> and some <clothing store>.

No payment for me from January yet, either. Still waiting. There's a huge bonus on a local shop but I am waiting to be paid before I seriously consider it. I don't work for free!
I've never shopped for Gapbuster, but they emailed me this morning offering a very large bonus on a local shop. However, I would have to really rearrange my schedule, and don't want to do loads of extra planning and switching things around if I'm not going to get paid.

Not sure what to do...
I'm in Canada too and am also waiting for January's payment. Fortunately it was just one shop.
