Service Sleuths and rescheduling

I have a shop with SS and I'm having an awful sinus headache / asthma attack. I was doing a shop this morning and when I left had to do an asthma treatment. I am supposed to do a movie shop tonight but I honestly don't know how I would get through it. I sent an email to the scheduler who is with KSS. This is only my second shop with SS. Any idea if they are easy to work with?

I've only done a few shops with them, but my impression, based on a few glitches, (like when I was required to see a specific film, and the theater canceled it,) is that they are quick-responding and reasonable.
Call your scheduler immediately. Tell them you have to reschedule. Pollen is very high and lots of people are feeling it.
CALL? You seem to have a private list of all schedulers numbers. Most prefer an email.

But email is definitely a quick way to get in touch and we do offer extensions when we are able to!
