Greg, Thank You for taking this issue seriously and for posting here. Beyond Hello is one of my favorite MSC's as you have this really cool hardware store shop I find lucrative AND interesting and I've had great experiences doing that shop. So I've held a good opinion of Beyond Hello and now I see it was justified!
