I give up! I just did my second overnight for Regal and didn't do too well. The first one was messed up because I didn't realize the "Mgmt verify" statement had to be included and worded a specific way. Otherwise, it said the report was well written. Fast forward to my second shop, I was told I wrote in first person at the end of the report and missed a few "no" comments in the narrative. I am so careful that I have no idea how I did this but I am totally bummed. Go figure...I got a 20 with Coyle and average 9-10 with other companies but can't get an "A" with Regal.

Hope they give me a shot at a third but I am not holding my breathe
