How long before Goodwin Hospitality replies?

Has anyone applied for Goodwin Hospitality recently? There is this one particular shop I would like to do, and I beleive they have it. I applied about a week ago, but haven't heard from them. I have checked my emails (spam too!). Do they just take a long time to approve you as a shopper? Should I reapply?

No need to reapply. Just call them in the morning. If you have the name of the scheduler for that project, ask for them. Otherwise explain your situation and they should get you to the correct person.

I have not worked for them in 2014 because the shop/location I did for them on a semi-regular closed down.

OK, maybe I am not expressing myself clearly. I registered to be a shopper with them, and I have not been approved as a shopper yet. How long before they register you as a shopper after you register to be one?
If you are registered I don't see the problem. Or is it you self assigned yourself and you have not heard whether you got the shop yet? I thought the minute they start sending you emails, they approved you as a shopper.

If you know anyone at CTCSS, you may want to contact them b/c they are assigning GAH shops at present.

Why a scheduling company needs a scheduling company is way beyond me.confused smiley

My application to become a shopper for them has not been approved. I haven't received any emails from them. I am not fully registered as a shopper yet. I sent in the application (name, address, writing sample, etc.) but have not heard back from Goodwin yet. And I'm frustrated because I feel like I'm confusing people with my question.
Geesh... I can't remember how long it took for them to approve me ~ it was a long time ago. But if it's been a week or so, that is odd. I would find a phone number and call... or a contact email and email them.

Thanks StormCloud and everyone for the replies. I'll try emailing them and see what happens.
It shouldn't take long. Call them and explain the situation. Someone should be able to help you.
I think my application was approved within a few hours. Maybe immediately. I just completed my first shop with them last week and have another next week. I would call them and see if you missed the email.
Kamarkim, I am having the same issue. They have a shop that I would really like to do; I completed an application for them 7-9 days ago and I also haven't heard from them. I checked my Spam folder-nothing.
Can anyone tell me why it tells me I am not eligible for any of the visits in the cities you choose?
I live in the city I am choosing to see the shops for and it gives me that message. When I try to e-mail the lady who sent the notification, it goes to spam.

I just emailed them, thanks to those that advised this. I submitted my registration request several weeks ago. One of their reps has been advertising about the new buffet client which interests me.
